Who We
Are
Parthenon Consultancy Limited was founded in 1996 and
provides effective project management and training resources to organisations in
London and the south-east.
What We Do
Parthenon's main business is to supply
PRINCE2 certified project managers to
clients, large and small, who wish to ensure that their projects are best
placed to succeed. The company's approach is adaptable according to the
size and complexity of the client's business or project.

Flexibility
Parthenon's range
of services is far reaching and the product range is never static. It is
continually changing in response to new demands for further products and
to be in-step with changes to governing legislation. All of the product fulfilment
processes are on one site and with short chains of command within a
privately owned company, making Parthenon's versatility and flexibility hard to
beat.
Innovation

market place and rapidly evolving customer requirements means that new
ideas and fast development are key to business success. Parthenon's
extension from the core project management business into business
analysis, software, safety training and business books were all in response to customers looking to trade with a
supplier they could trust.

Quality Assurance procedures are
applied consistently and seamlessly to all operations. Starting with
order documentation and flowing through traceability to fulfilment.
Parthenon's QA

Methodology
Parthenon's preferred project
management methodology is PRINCE2, though we are experienced in the use of
many others and can seamlessly fit into client's methods of working. Continually maintaining the highest standards can only be achieved
through good basic training coupled with staff development training and a
management ethos that challenges staff to improve.
All of
Parthenon's staff go through a basic induction and
receive further training as defined in their personalised training plan. All of
the company's
Project Managers are PRINCE2 methodology
certified and are capable of implementing it in either a modest or
thorough way, as appropriate to the task in hand.
