Who We Are

Parthenon Consultancy Limited was founded in 1996 and provides effective project management and training resources to organisations in London and the south-east. 

What We Do

Methodology
Parthenon's preferred project management methodology is PRINCE2, though we are experienced in the use of many others and can seamlessly fit into client's methods of working. Continually maintaining the highest standards can only be achieved through good basic training coupled with staff development training and a management ethos that challenges staff to improve. 

All of Parthenon's staff go through a basic induction and receive further training as defined in their personalised training plan. All of the company's Project Managers are PRINCE2 methodology certified and are capable of implementing it in either a modest or thorough way, as appropriate to the task in hand.
