Who We
Are
Parthenon Consultancy Limited was founded in 1996. Our
main business is to provide project management and training to
organisations, from our base near London.
What We Do
We began by supplying project
management services and then developed into the areas of:
- business start-ups
- web site production
- business books
- Health & Safety training
- staff development training courses
We supply to
"Blue Chip" companies and other customers across the whole
world.
Flexibility
Our range
of services is far reaching while our product range is never static. It is
continually changing in response to new demands for further products and
to be in-step with changes to governing legislation. All of our fulfilment
processes are on one site and with short chains of command within a
privately owned company, our versatility and flexibility are hard to
beat.
Innovation
A competitive
market place and rapidly evolving customer requirements means that new
ideas and fast development are key to our business success. Our moves into
business start-up services and the provision of training, safety and
aviation products were in response to customers looking to trade with a
supplier they could trust.
Quality
Quality Assurance procedures are
applied consistently and seamlessly to all our operations. Starting with
order documentation and flowing through traceability to fulfilment. Our QA
staff are appropriately trained, have previously implemented ISO 9000 for
various organisations, plus Six-Sigma.
Methodology
Our preferred project
management methodology is PRINCE2, though we are experienced in the use of
many others and can seamlessly fit into client's methods of working.
People Continually maintaining the highest standards can only be achieved
through good basic training coupled with staff development
training.
All our staff go through a basic induction and
receive further training as defined in their training plan. All of our
Project Managers are PRINCE methodology certified.
