of data between mission critical systems.

Contracted to supply a Project Manager to manage the moving and upgrading of
the company's Disaster Recovery systems within a tight budget and tight
schedule. This involved managing the physical construction of a
computer room, the fitting out of office space, physical access control,
testing of the electrical and fire control systems, computer installation
and commissioning, migration of live
computer applications and acceptance testing. An extension contract
covered management of the process to update the company's Business
Continuity Plan.
