a Project Manager and Marketing Consultant. Defined the company's
marketing plan, defined the individual service products and specified the
target clients for each service. Managed the production of bids and
the design, construction and testing of the resulting web sites.

and manage the implementation of new computer applications, upgraded
applications and upgraded computer infrastructure. Facilitated the planning
process and managed the following:-
- definition of the scope of
work;
- IT strategy decision
process;
- requirements definition;
- product and supplier
selection;
- pilot implementations;
- acceptance activities.
Defined the
organisation's Millennium compliance plan, covering all internal computer
systems and the business processes which depended upon interfaces to other
organisations. Carried out Year 2000 compliance audit and managed the
resulting corrective activities.
The business systems implemented by this assignment included accounts, fixed
assets, client management, time recording, purchase order, personnel and
workflow.
