This vprogramme sets out the basic information which food handlers need to ensure that food is dealt with safely. It specifically excludes information on management responsibilities so that the food handler can concentrate on the topics over which he or she has greatest control.
The programme is suitable for training people in a wide variety of types of food businesses from the corner shop to the factory or restaurant.
